Children's Bible Ministries is led by a team of vocational missionaries and ministry leaders who are committed to advancing the Gospel through the teaching of God's Word to children and youth. Each member serves with the same purpose: helping fulfill CBM's mission through faithful stewardship, servant leadership, missionary development, and ministry support.
At Children's Bible Ministries, leadership is viewed as stewardship. Those who lead within CBM are first and foremost servants — called to support missionaries, strengthen ministry, and ensure that the organization remains focused on its biblical mission.
All members of the CBM leadership team serve as missionaries who have dedicated their lives to vocational Gospel ministry. While responsibilities vary — from missionary development and ministry leadership to administration, technology, hospitality, and communications — each role contributes to the larger mission of helping children and youth encounter the truth of God's Word.

CBM's leadership team is accountable to the CBM Board of Directors, which provides organizational oversight, governance, and fiduciary accountability. This structure ensures that ministry leadership remains transparent, mission-focused, and financially responsible.
