The Ministry Training Center serves as the heart of missionary preparation, leadership development, and ministry training within the CBM family. Located at the Global Headquarters of Children's Bible Ministries in Townsend, Tennessee, it exists to equip future missionaries, strengthen current ministry leaders, and prepare Gospel workers for faithful service in the United States and around the world.
The Ministry Training Center is not simply a facility. It is a ministry investment. It is a place where future Gospel workers are equipped, missionaries are strengthened, leaders are encouraged, and ministry vision is cultivated.
From interns discerning God's call to missionaries preparing for the field, the Training Center provides a dedicated space where biblical instruction, ministry experience, discipleship, and spiritual growth come together.
Every classroom session, prayer gathering, Bible seminar, and training event contributes to a larger purpose: teaching God's Word to children and youth by preparing those who will serve them.

CBM locations provide training for seasonal staff members and volunteers serving throughout the year, which may include child protection and safety procedures, emergency preparedness, ministry philosophy, teaching and discipleship methods, camp operations, and program-specific instruction.
Because ministry opportunities vary across the CBM family, seasonal training is typically conducted by individual ministry locations according to local needs and requirements.
