CBM is all about getting the Word of God into the hearts of boys and girls. We do it through Bible stories, through camp games, memorization of scriptures and various songs.
The following was sent to us from our CBM work in Virginia:
While in the Bible trailer, the class sang “Jesus loves the little children, all the children of the world. Red, brown, yellow, black and white, they are precious in His sight, Jesus loves the little children of the world.”
A second grade girl was as serious as could be when she asked, “What about tan? My dad is black and my mom is white, so I am tan. Does Jesus love me?”
The teacher answered, “Absolutely! Any shade of any color, Jesus loves us all.”
Thank you for helping us to teach boys and girls that Jesus does love them regardless of their skin color. Your prayers are welcome as we prepare for summer camp in nine locations across the country.
